Shoghakat, formerly adjacent to the Shorzha community, is located on the beautiful shore of Lake Sevan. It was provided to the Artists Union by A. Kochinyan in 1975. Due to its unique position, with a mild climate typical to the region, with beautiful scenery, it has become familiar to several generations of artists and continues inspiring young artists from Armenia and all over the world by preserving the creative traditions for years and establishing new traditions. It is known to the art-loving public with its annual local and international creative gatherings, plein air symposiums, and other cultural events.
Artists Union of Armenia got a creative rest house "Painter", which is located near the central square of Tsaghkadzor town in the Kotayk region. It is one of the oldest wooden buildings in Tsaghkadzor with its unique charm and color. It is also known for its creative traditions and cultural events that already became history with its participants.
